Battalion is at Mulebbis(1) in Palestine. Yesterday two platoons of B Company
left as an advance party, working for the Royal Engineers. Yesterday was also
the final day of the divisional tournament at Yazur(2) and the commanding
officer and several other officers went to see competitions. Number 15 Platoon
was second overall in the tournament and Number 5 Platoon were ninth -
creditable results considering that around thirty units took part.
